Free VPS — Terms and Conditions

Definitions and interpretations

"VPS"; means virtual private server.

"Trade", "trading", "live trading"; can refer to Share, FX, CFD OR Spread Bet Transaction performed on an execution-only basis via any Broker for which actual Affiliate Referred Client monies are placed at risk. For the avoidance of doubt, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Live Trading does not include simulated trading or simulated trading initiatives offered by Brokers.

"You", "Your" and "You're"; defines the individual client in question who is participating / taking up the Free VPS service / program at ForexVPS in conjunction with opening a live trading account at one of our affiliated brokers.

"Our" and "we"; defines the trading name ForexVPS.net, a trading name of Think Huge LTD.

"Basic+ VPS"; is a virtual private server with 2 CPU Core, 3B RAM, 80GB Disk Space (SSD), Windows 2022, Up-time guarantee and broker specific MetaTrader 4 platform pre-installed.

Prerequisites to receiving your new Virtual Private Server

1. Successfully complete a valid application form for one or more of the following brokers (and account types):
   1. IC Trading (IB ID: "74530" https://www.ictrading.com?camp=74530)
      IC MARKETS (IB ID: "10345" https://www.icmarkets.com/?camp=10345)
      1. "Standard"
      2. "Raw"
   2. SWITCH MARKETS (IB ID: "49738" https://www.switchmarkets.com/?lid=5546&pid=49738)
2. Your account must reside under our unique introducing broker URL / ID (see above). If you already have an account with one of the brokers above, you can transfer your account under our IB ID to qualify for the free VPS.

Requirements to ensure a FREE Virtual Private Server

1. To ensure that your VPS is free of any charge for the month in question, you must exceed the monthly volume required. Each broker and account type vary. Please see below for what the minimum volume required is in order to get your VPS 100% for free:
   1. IC MARKETS monthly volume required
      1. Standard account: 10 lots per month
      2. True ECN account: 10 lots per month
   2. SWITCH MARKETS volume required
      1. Standard account: 1 lots per month
      2. Pro account: 1 lots per month
2. If you fall short of the monthly volume required, we will charge you the difference. Please see below an example:
   1. SWITCH MARKETS
      1. Account type: Standard
         1. Monthly volume achieved: 0 lots.
         2. VPS Charge: $32 per month
            1. This will be invoiced to your email.

3. We assess your volume on the Forex pairs (currency trading) and metals.

When VPS charges are applicable

Where VPS charges apply (VPS charges are pro-rata to last day of month):

1. You do not achieve the month's pro-rata volume requirement stated above.
2. Your live trading account no longer resides under Think Huge LTD IB.

If you are charged for falling short of the volume required, the pro-rata VPS cost will be sent to you by email. You can pay your invoice via PayPal. Your Forex VPS will continue without disruption. Each month is treated as a new month for the purpose of evaluation.

When your VPS can be terminated

1. You do not trade the lots required in a given month.
2. Your live trading account no longer resides under Think Huge LTD IB.
3. You cancel or opt-out from the FREE VPS program.

Agreeing to the terms and conditions

Upon requesting and completing an application request for a free VPS, you're agreeing to these terms and conditions of the Free VPS program.
